All hosting packages come standard with free setup, phone support, control panel (for account administration such as web-based file manager and backup utility). We can also customise a web hosting package to suit your needs.

The servers are located in modern, state-of-the-art, world-class purpose built data centre. The facility is complete with built-in UPS, constant temperature control, stand-by generator, raised flooring, and fire suppression system. The internet backbone is carried into the data centre via multiple carriers using physically diverse, high-speed networks.
Pro-active Server Monitoring
All servers are monitored 24/7 at 5 minutes interval. Should a service or server be inaccessible/unavailable for any reason, an alert is sent to the technician/system administrator on duty who can fix most issues within 5-10 minutes.
